Krummen Kerzers - happy with Haribo
The canton Freiburg (Switzerland)-based service provider Krummen Kerzers is steadily growing in the food logistics sector. The company has been providing storage, picking and transport services for Haribo confectionary since the start of 2019. These services are to be augmented.
Haribo now delivers fruit gums, liquorice snails and other products from various European plants to Kerzers every week, where the logistics service provider stores and picks the goods.
Krummen transports the produce to the central warehouses of supermarket chains. The retailers then carry out deliveries to their outlets. Krummen Kerzers’ director, Peter Krummen, says the aim is to gradually increase volumes over the coming months. (mw)
