Frankfurt (Germany)-based Kombiverkehr is expanding its footprint in intermodal traffic between Germany and Scandinavia by strengthening its sales activities in this field of business which has been growing steadily over the past years.
In Björn Saschenbrecker Kombiverkehr has been able to gain a sales expert who brings the relevant know-how and many years of experience in the short sea market segment of the intermodal transport sector.
Saschenbrecker worked for the ferry company for ten years, the last nine years as head of freight with a focus on strategy and development.
At Kombiverkehr he will support Peter Dannewitz, head of sales and Ulrich Bedacht, head of North European transports & German Baltic ports (Lübeck, Kiel, Rostock). (amh)
