Joint service by Arkas and Evergreen
Arkas and Evergreen are joining forces with regards to their services in the Med and the Black Sea. They will integrate their respective Med-Black Sea TGR and BSX service into a new loop to which they will contribute a single vessel each.
The services will be called Black-Sea Turkey (BST) and Black Sea Express (BSX).The Turkish carrier Arkas will lose its stop at Ambarli while Evergreen will no longer cover Novorossiysk.
The rotation, provided by ships with a capacity of 1,600 teu, covers the ports of Piraeus, Poti, Constanza, Izmit (Gebze) and back to Piraeus. (cd)
