Industry veteran now works for pfenning logistics
Michael Küppers, managing partner at the consultant company Advisors for Advanced Logistics, has been acting as chief representative for the pfenning logistics group since April 2020.
Küppers previously served as head of the contract logistics segment of the Fiege Group, his next position was manager of logistics provider TST. His track record there includes a tripling of this company's turnover.
Among other responsibilities, Küppers' new remit will involve overseeing the growth of pfenning logistics. The company is based in Heddesheim and employs a staff of 3,700 at 90 locations in Germany. It has a vehicle fleet of 800 trucks and a total storage area of 330,000 sqm. (cd)
