In the mood for Berlin
City Dock Berlin Falkensee is fully let. Moodja, a provider of e-commerce fulfilment solutions for fashion and lifestyle brands, is renting the Panattoni building. The business park’s multi-tenant leasing approach has therefore been changed to single-tenant leasing.
Moodja is moving into a total of 11,200 sqm of usable space, of which 7,200 sqm is warehouse space, 2,000 sqm is flex space and 2,000 sqm is office space. At its new location, the company will be in charge of e-commerce fulfilment services for brands throughout Europe.
Construction started in August 2021, completion will be in September 2022, and the handover to the new tenant Moodja is planned for January 2023. More customised conversions will be implemented until the tenant moves in. (sh)
