Improving service level guarantees


Delta Cargo is reintroducing its service level guarantee for Dash and Dash Critical shipments. In addition to providing the highest boarding priority and fastest transit times of any of the domestic products, Dash and Dash Critical are now also backed by a money-back guarantee that shipments will be available for recovery within one hour of the actual arrival time of the flight booked at the time of acceptance.

 

Dash shipments that are pre-booked electronically are backed by a 50% service level guarantee if the shipment is not available for recovery within 60 minutes after the flight arrival time, and Dash Critical shipments provide a 100% service level guarantee. (cj)
