Hupac extends shuttle services
From 16 September 2024, the Swiss intermodal transport operator will launch an increased intermodal offer between Belgium and Spain: Hupac’s shuttle will connect Antwerp and Perpignan (France)/Barcelona (Spain) with ten roundtrips per week, twice as many as before.
The service is available for all intermodal units, including P400 semi-trailers and ADR/RID transport. With two departures per day, Hupac can provide the flexibility and reliability to meet demanding logistics requirements, the company said.
The new offering allows to save 2.3 t CO2 for every road consignment to be shifted to train. The train will run from Monday (one trip) to Saturday (one trip) to Perpignan/Barcelona and to Antwerp from Monday to Friday. (ben)
