High-powered trucks to ship fine wines
Swiss wine and beverage retailer Schüwo Trink-Kultur has taken delivery of two new Renault Trucks T460 R 6×2. They complement the 30-vehicle fleet, which now includes thirteen Renault Trucks T and five Renault Mascots.
The two new units will be used for deliveries to restaurants, company canteens, hospitals, private customers, the company's own two branches in Hünenberg See and Berikon, as well as for around 1,000 festive events per year.
They are equipped with the proven Elfliter DE11 motors and the Optidriver AT 2612 transmission. The liftable and steerable trailing axle makes the vehicle with its wheelbase of 4.9 m (P6×2) manoeuvrable in tight spaces. The box body is air-conditioned, says Renault. (ben)
