High-powered truck for heavy duty loads
Friderici Spécial, a provider of special and heavy-duty transport services headquartered in Tolochenaz, western Switzerland, has added a special Renault truck to its vehicle fleet.
The C520 P10x4 TAG is primarily deployed for lifting work for building and industrial companies, but also for transporting heavy duty and exceptional cargoes.
The company’s vehicle fleet contains around 60 trucks and 15 pneumatic cranes, 20 of which already wear the Renault brand.
The new C520 P10x4 TAG is furnished with a 520 HP 13-litre engine. To make optimum use of the engine’s performance, the five-axle vehicle is equipped with a robotised gearbox, the Optidriver Extended, with extra-slow crawler gears. The vehicle also has additional brake power, which allows for safe braking even in extreme situations. (ben)
