Henkel: the beauty of logistics
GXO will continue its cooperation with Henkel, a consumer goods retail. The contract involves logistics operations for laundry and homecare brands as well as a planned expansion into the beauty segment.
The logistics provider manages storage, distribution, seasonal returns, and other services for Henkel in France out of its base in the Orléans region. This 60,000 sqm hub offers space for a range of processes based on smart technologies. Additionally, the companies plan to install solar panels to cover 50% of electricity needs and use LED lighting.
Popular brands sold by Henkel include Schwarzkopf, Super Croix, Fa, and many more, which are handled at the Orléans site. GXO and Henkel thus look forward to an extended partnership in the French market. (mk)
