Helvetia / Breeze partnership for cargo insurance solutions
Helvetia Global Solutions (HGS) and Breeze have become partners to offer cargo insurance solutions. Breeze’s digital platform “integrates directly into forwarders’ systems, streamlining workflows and enabling efficient cargo insurance offerings,” the company stated. Since the end of 2022 the two firms have collaborated on the exploration of “innovative, technology-based opportunities in the cargo market.”
Helvetia has also invested in Breeze’s latest funding round. Breeze addresses a protection gap – 70% of global cargo remains uninsured, according to the company. Its platform automates underwriting, ensures claims handling and allows the timely tracking of goods. (js)
