Harmonising digital operations in Mozambique
Kale Logistics Solutions, an IT services provider from Mumbai, is set to develop Africa’s first airport cargo community system (ACS). The company celebrated this milestone with Mozambique Airport Handling Service (Mahs), a leading airport handling provider supporting aircraft, passengers, cargo and mail operations at Mozambique’s airports, which have experienced year-on-year growth in air traffic.
Kale’s ACS enhances visibility and transparency for stakeholders, enabling real-time tracking of cargo movements whilst incorporating automated regulatory compliance checks. In the first phase, finance and customs systems will be integrated, and Kale’s flagship airport cargo digital management system, ‘Galaxy 3.0’, will be installed at eight airports. (ah)
