Guadeloupe port digitalises with Soget

CEI.BA (Centre d’Échanges Informatisés de la Basse-Terre et de l’Archipel), an organisation that manages the digital data platform for Guadeloupe's port and airport community, has transitioned to “S)ONE”, Soget’s latest port community system.

This move marks another step in the port’s digitalisation journey, enhancing security and traceability and facilitating international trade.

Guadeloupe handled 3.5 million t of goods in 2023, thus reinforcing its central role in the "Hub Antilles" project which aims to transform the region’s economy and industry.

The switch to “S)ONE”, supported by the expertise gained from Jamaica, involves training nearly 200 local professionals. The software was developed with Microsoft's advanced technology and is intended to streamline administrative, logistic, and commercial processes to boost the region’s competitiveness. (pb)
