Gruber rolls out My Desk
The South Tyrolean company, Gruber Logistics, has always invested in its own development as it continually strives for improvement. At present, this means pushing forward the digital innovations that have been bundled in a digitalisation project called "Gruber Beyond".
The scheme includes the My Desk tool, a new digital platform for integrated transport control. The tool is freely available for all interested parties. The customer can use a plethora of functions with the help of his/her account’s personalised interface.
Clients can find a truck location at any time, obtain photos and review the condition of their transported goods, download transport documents, check the billing process status and look at transport histories. (mw)
