Graduation day at Emirates SkyCargo
The first cohort of Emirates SkyCargo cargo managers has completed an executive leadership training programme, with a second cycle set to begin in April. The course equipped participants with tools to address future industry challenges, including artificial intelligence, optimising operations and initiating sustainability measures. These skills will be applied immediately in their roles and also contribute to personal and organisational development.
Emirates SkyCargo collaborated with AviationNow, a division of the GrowNow Group and a member of the International Air Cargo Association (Tiaca), to design and carry out the programme. After a combination of theoretical and practical sessions at Emirates Group headquarters in Dubai, each candidate earned a diploma endorsed by AviationNow. (cj)
