Girteka picks Jens Hovgaard Jensen
Girteka, Europe’s largest asset-based transportation company, is strengthening its leadership team. Aušra Bijaminienė, a former CPO at the company, will take on the new position of director leadership inspiration. Danish-born Jens Hovgaard Jensen, who joins from Maersk Group, has been appointed CPO.
In his previous roles, Hovgaard Jensen has run global organisational re-designs in Maersk Line and successfully led major projects in human resources, including M&A, incentives, performance, HRIS system selection and implementation. For the past several years he has worked as CPO at Maersk Supply Service, an independent company of the Maersk Group. (cj)
