Generation change at TST
The logistics company TST, based in Worms (Germany), is extending its executive board, with retroactive effect from 1 September. Marcel Thomas Bicking (centre), previously general manager of TST, will join the management as new co-managing director.
The executive board will now be formed by TST founder Frank Schmidt, Melanie Schmidt, his wife, and by Peter Klein (left) and Bernhard Zenker (right), the two new general managers.
"With this step, we are spreading on several shoulders the responsibilities and the decision-making skills in the company," says TST managing director Frank Schmidt. But TST is also pursuing new goals in marketing. The new brand will make its first appearance at Munich's trade fair transport and logistic, in May 2021. (amh)
