Gebrüder Weiss takes over 3S in Istanbul
International transport and logistics provider Gebrüder Weiss is taking over Istanbul-based 3S Transport & Logistik, effective 1 January 2022. The Turkish freight forwarder specialises in partial load transports between Turkey and Germany.
"Logistics provider 3S Transport & Logistik has been firmly established in the Turkish transport market for many years. We can now integrate it into our organisation and thus strengthen our position in Istanbul as a strategic hub linking Europe, Asia and the New Silk Road," says Thomas Moser, director und regional manager Black Sea/CIS at Gebrüder Weiss.
Gebrüder Weiss has been present in Turkey since 2012 and now has offices in Istanbul and Izmir. (cj)
