From DHL to Instafreight
Instafreight, a log tech company specialising in European overland transport, has appointed Martin Leopold to the newly created position of chief financial officer (CFO).
Leopold joins the company from industry giant DHL Freight, the logistics arm of Deutsche Post. His task will be to support the company’s founders in ensuring that Instafreight continues the dynamic growth it has seen in recent years.
Holding a degree in mathematics, Leopold has gained substantial experience in logistics during his career – especially in the areas of finance, sales, and IT. From 2014 – 2017 he served as CFO at Deutsche Post DHL Group, before being appointed chief sales officer for DHL Freight in Bonn. (cj)
