From car parks to logistics hubs

Indigo Group and Corsalis have joined forces to develop an urban logistics site in Central Paris. As part of the project, the two French companies will transform an existing car park into a 2,040 sqm hub for urban distribution. It will feature a main dock of almost 1,250 sqm and mezzanine space totalling 500 sqm.

Dubbed Le Pressoir de Bercy, the facility has been designed as a city logistics solution to reduce freight emissions and relieve city-centre traffic. From its location in the 12th arrondissement, it is close to the Seine and the Boulevard Périphérique ring road.

This hub is part of a pilot project involving three city-centre car parks which Indigo is looking to repurpose for logistics services. Completion is set for January 2025. (mk)
