Free download of hyperloop guideline
TÜV SÜD, a provider of safety, security and sustainability solutions based in Germany, is offering the world’s first guideline for hyperloop technologies as a free download. The guideline defines the essential safety-relevant requirements for these systems.
The term hyperloop describes high-speed transport systems that can carry passengers and goods over long distances. In the future, electrically powered transport capsules will be accelerated in vacuum tubes to travel at speeds of up to 1,100 km per hour. TÜV SÜD developed this guideline in partnership with the American company Hyperloop TT. (ben)
