Four Parx develops new logistics facility
On a speculative basis, project developer Four Parx is building a business park in Weiterstadt (Hesse, Germany). In the heart of the Rhin-Main region, in close vicinity to the motorway, the company is putting up about 7,000 sqm of warehouses and additional service and office spaces on a plot measuring 13,390 sqm.
The real estate comprises several multi-use halls, which potential lessees can adapt to meet their own needs before the building is finished. Spaces from 400 sqm to 7,000 sqm will be available for rent. Due to the large variety of possible uses, the park is open to a wide range of interested customers, for example lessees from the e-commerce, automotive, pharmaceutical, service, craft and light industry sectors.
Construction of the business and logistics park is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2020, and the developer plans to complete the buildings by the middle of 2021. Four Parx is investing its own capital into the real estate and will incorporate the project into its own asset management. (mw)
