Foundation board completed
The Grieshaber Group from Weingarten (Germany), a medium-sized logistics service provider specialising in on automotive, food, pharma, paper and small parts with a company-owned vehicle fleet and logistics centres, welcomes Christoph Bahner, automotive logistician, and Professor Karl Heinz Hänssler.
Since 2014, the Grieshaber corporate foundation and the Heinrich-und-Gabriele-Grieshaber-Stiftung have been shareholders of the Grieshaber Group headquartered in Weingarten.
After Heinrich Grieshaber’s death at the beginning of 2020, the business interests were transferred at the foundation and all the members of the committees appointed. The process has now been concluded.
With Michael Horn, previously Baden-Wurttemberg Land Bank’s representative chairman of the board, Bahner, who also serves on the supervisory board of Grieshaber Logistik, and Hänssler will form the advisory board of the corporate foundation. Hansjörg Zegler, head of the supervisory board, will lead the foundation board. (amh)
