Formula I renews logistics contract
Shortly before the start of the new FIA Formula 1 World Championship, the Formula 1 organisation has renewed its contract with DHL. DHL, which has been on board since 2004, will thus remain Formula 1's official logistics partner for the next few years and continue to transport the elite of motorsport around the world.
In 2021, with 23 Grand Prix on five continents, there will be more races than ever before. DHL will ship racing cars, team equipment, oil, fuel and broadcasting technology to all venues, transporting up to 1,400 t of cargo for each race.
The 2021 FIA Formula One World Championship begins on 28 March 2021 with the Bahrain Grand Prix and ends on 12 December 2021 with the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. (sh)
