Foreign truck drivers use vaccination offer in Austria
The introduction of compulsory anti-Covid vaccination in Austria and the high number of unvaccinated professional drivers from abroad have created enormous challenges for the transport industry.
In order to make an uncomplicated vaccination offer to unvaccinated drivers near Graz, mobility service provider 24/7 Assistance has launched a vaccination campaign in cooperation with Doc Stop für Europäer and the province of Styria.
Last week, the vaccination bus Styria made a stop at the forwarding companies Frikus Transportlogistik in Premstätten and Herbert Temmel in Gleisdorf. Numerous truck drivers from Austria and abroad took the opportunity to get vaccinated free of charge. (ben)
