Florian Weyer joins Haropa Port

Florian Weyer is joining Haropa Port, the major river-sea port on the Seine axis, as deputy director general in charge of territorial management at Le Havre.

His previous position was "land transport" advisor in the cabinet of Elisabeth Borne, then minister for ecological transition and solidarity, and Jean-Baptiste Djebbari, secretary of state in charge of transport.

From 2020 to 2022, Weyer served as deputy director of the cabinet, contributing to the national strategies on rail freight digitalisation and decarbonisation. A graduate of the École Polytechnique and member of the ‘Corps des Ingénieurs des Ponts, Eaux et Forêts’, he joined the management board chaired by Stéphane Raison. (cj)
