First US carrier to use Skycell containers
United Cargo will enhance its Tempcontrol service by becoming the first US carrier to lease and transport the temperature-sensitive containers manufactured by Skycell.
Each container of the Swiss-based company is equipped with IoT sensors that connect to Skycell's cloud-based, blockchain-encrypted software. These sensors monitor temperature, humidity and other factors to ensure the best possible protection against excursions.
