First freighter for Sun Country in landing approach
In December last year, the American LCC Sun Country Airlines formed a partnership with Amazon Air for the operation of ten B737 converted freighters (see ITJ 05-06/2020, p. 18). It seems that one of these aircraft will arrive shortly.
At any rate, a B737-800BCF, which, in its former life, was deployed by the Turkish Pegasus Airlines, was transferred some days ago from Shanghai PVG to Everett, where Gecas will make the final adjustments to prepare the aircraft for its new tasks. (ah)
