First all-electric terminal tractor delivered
Forwarder Old Dominion Freight Line in California, USA, has received its first E-ACTT battery-electric terminal tractor from Autocar. The manufacturer delivered the truck for driver orientation before it is put into service.
The vehicle offers the same reliability and durability as its diesel counterpart but without a carbon footprint. In addition to the environmental benefits, these yard trucks will also have lower maintenance costs and significant fuel savings.
