Filling the belly of ANA’s first Turkey service

Skylog Turkiye, the ECS Group’s Turkish subsidiary, has signed a GSA agreement with All Nippon Airways (ANA) ahead of the airline’s first direct Turkey–Japan flights.

Starting yesterday, 12 February, ANA will operate thrice-weekly Boeing B787-800 flights between Istanbul and Haneda, offering around 60 t of cargo capacity.

Skylog Turkiye will support ANA’s market entry by driving cargo revenue and promoting exports, focusing on seafood, automotive parts and general cargo. The partnership is in line with ANA’s operational performance with Skylog Turkiye’s commercial expertise and access to CargoTech’s digital solutions.

“The move marks a key milestone as we strengthen trade links between Turkey and Japan,” said Kenichi Wakiya, ANA’s executive vice-president. ECS Group CEO Jean Ceccaldi added that “we’re honoured to support ANA’s first Turkey–Japan route, ensuring quality and efficiency from day one.” (ah)
