Fedex enhances same-day delivery service in Korea
Fedex Express (Fedex) is enhancing its inbound shipment service to better serve customers outside Seoul and the Greater Seoul area.
Customers can now enjoy same-day delivery (available in Fedex direct service area only, some of vendor service areas are excluded) on flight arrivals for non-dutiable shipment from Asia and Europe (terms and conditions apply – visit fedex.com for more information).
The same-day delivery service on inbound shipments also applies to dutiable shipments that complete customs clearance before cut-off time. Those receiving customs clearance before 10:00 h (9:00 h for Busan) may be applicable for same-day delivery.
More than 80% of customers in Korea will be able to enjoy this service enhancement which was introduced during the Fedex 50th birthday celebrations on 17 April 2023. (cj)
