Europa Warehouse is celebrating
Europa Warehouse, a division of logistics provider Europa Worldwide Group and a specialist in 3pl logistics, is celebrating the success of its management trainee programme launched in 2019, which is designed to give graduates the opportunity to fast track a career in logistics. It offers job training, giving individuals the skill set to quickly progress in the division, assigning a mentor to each trainee. Only last year, it launched an initiative to hire 120 more recruits.
Now, Europa Warehouse’s first trainee has been promoted to project manager at the division. Ram Odedra (photo) is one of the programme’s recent success stories. At Europa Warehouse in Corby, UK, a GBP 60 million warehouse facility, he will be responsible for new processes and contracts in Europa’s warehouses in Corby, Birmingham and Dartford. (amh)
