ESR Amagasaki DC wins award
ESR Cayman, an APAC focused logistics real estate platform, reports that its flagship development ESR Amagasaki Distribution Centre (ESR Amagasaki DC) has won the gold award in the category “best infrastructure, community & civic building” at the MIPIM Asia Awards 2020.
ESR Amagasaki DC is a single-phase and single-asset warehousing project in Japan, which is strategically located at the centre of the country’s key logistics network, the Greater Osaka Metropolitan area.
Built in collaboration with other Japanese companies, the project has been honoured in the category which includes social and economic infrastructure developments, recognising services which aim to stimulate economic growth and improve quality of life. (amh)
