EPG acquires Groenewout
The owner-managed German logistics consulting company EPG Consulting has acquired the majority shares of Groenewout, thus enhancing its existing network of 22 locations and 900 employees. Groenewout was founded in 1966 and now is a consulting specialist in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
The location in Breda (the Netherlands) will be retained and be the starting point for the further expansion of the joint activities, which will be managed by Alain Beerens (director Groenewout) and Marcel Wilhelms (director and managing director EPG Consulting). As of now, Groenewout will operate in the market as a member of EPG. (sh)
