Elections at Medports AGM
The Medports association (pictured) organised its general assembly in cooperation with OMMP in Tunisia this year.
At the AGM, the association approved its new governance and future work plan and elected Pino Musolino, president of the Port System Authority of the Central Northern Tyrrhenian Sea – Port of Civitavecchia as its new president. Jordi Torrent from the Port of Barcelona was voted new general secretary.
Musolino: “We are committed to strengthening the cooperation among the members and expanding the number of members in the near future! The Medports association represents a significant opportunity to grow and share best practices and to establish a stronger cooperation among Mediterranean ports.” (cj)
