ECS Group: mourning Mac
The ECS Group has announced the passing of Mac Warner, a major figure in the airfreight industry and the founder of Pace International. He joined ECS Group in 2002 when Pace International, which he founded in 1984, was acquired.
His leadership was crucial in establishing a significant ECS Group presence in Germany, and he was among the first to create an international network of general sales agents in the UK, Ireland, Germany, and Ukraine.
Once part of ECS Group, Mac Warner spearheaded the introduction of the first global products to the group through his collaboration with Ukraine International. His initiative and dedication have left an indelible mark on ECS Group and the industry at large. (cj)
