Duvenbeck partners with EV manufacturer
The German logistics company Duvenbeck is to become the European logistics partner of a Chinese automobile manufacturer and thus expand its fleet.
In an agreement sealed at the IAA Transportation 2024 fair, Duvenbeck will collaborate with Farizon New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group (Farizon), a manufacturer specialising in electromobility. It plans to acquire 50 new Farizon Homtrucks, cutting down on carbon footprints for its European logistics. The two companies will also work together on solutions for green logistics on the continent.
Farizon is part of a worldwide automobile group including Volvo, Polestar and Smart brands, and focuses on the production of battery-powered and electric commercial vehicles. (mk)
