Door to door delivery between UK and Turkey
Freight forwarder Rhenus has created a direct UK-Turkey transportation route. The route, which bypasses the existing stopover in Germany, harnesses the expertise of Rhenus Intermodal Systems in Turkey.
Rhenus can thus ensure that goods remain in one network, with unified quality standards and service transparency from collection to delivery, the company said.
With the new route, the freight forwarder now offers multiple weekly departures to Turkey's Istanbul, Ankara, Bursa and Izmir. The service is well suited for shipments from the automotive, chemical, machinery, steel, textiles and consumables industries. (ben)
