Dachser expands warehouse in Linz
The German logistics provider Dachser is investing EUR 4.3 million in the expansion of its warehouse in Hörsching near Linz, Austria. The additional storage and logistics space has a footprint of 5,640 sqm and will provide an additional 10,500 pallet spaces to the existing 20,000. The groundbreaking ceremony on 18 February 2022 marked the official start of construction.
The Hörsching logistics centre was opened in 2008 and previously had a transhipment hall of 8,000 sqm and a four-story office and administration building. The warehouse was added to the existing transhipment hall in 2017 and is now being expanded. Completion is scheduled for autumn 2022. (sh)
