CTP completes logistics park in Brandenburg
CTP has finalised the development of a 27,300 sqm multifunctional logistics park in Linthe, Brandenburg (Germany). The site includes 15,500 sqm of newly-built space, featuring warehousing, office and social areas.
Sustainability measures include photovoltaic systems and heat pumps, aligning with ESG standards and targeting a DGNB Gold certification, as the entity has reported.
“Completing this facility is an enrichment for the business location of Linthe, with many attractive opportunities for future users,” said mayor Sigrid Klink. Located near the A9 and A2 motorways, the site offers good connectivity to Berlin and Leipzig.
The enterprise offers rental space in an existing facility starting at 1,000 sqm. In the new buildings, offers start at 3,000 sqm. A regional logistics provider already occupies part of the site, with additional units open for lease. (js)
