CSSC Shipping appoints new chairman
The board of directors of CSSC Shipping and its subsidiaries have announced a reshuffle at the helm of the company: Mr. Yang Li will step down as the chairman of the board, executive director and chairman of the company’s nomination committee.
Mr. Zhong Jian will be re-designated as executive director, appointed as chairman of the board and re-elected as chairman of the nomination committee.
Zhong held the position of as non-executive director and member of the nomination committee from September 2019. Currently he also serves as a supervisor of China CSSC Holdings, a subsidiary of China State Shipbuilding Corporation. (mw)
