Constellation Cold: from Arcus to EQT
Constellation Cold Logistics, established in 2020 by Arcus Infrastructure Partners, which brought together three businesses located in Belgium, Norway and the Netherlands, is about to be acquired by EQT Infrastructure VI fund. Subject to customary conditions and approval, the transaction is expected to close in October.
With 26 owned cold storage facilities in seven countries in Western Europe and the Nordics today, the London-headquartered firm employs 700 people and is expected to generate revenues over EUR 150 million in FY/24.
