Changing sides
Jens Graefe will be joining the management team of German express service provider trans-o-flex, which specialises in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and other sensitive goods sectors, from May.
The pharma logistics expert will be assuming responsibility for the newly created position of managing director business development.
Graefe comes from pharmaceutical wholesaler AEP, which he built up as CEO from 2012. Prior to this, he worked for several years as head of M&A and business development for Stuttgart-based pharmaceutical wholesaler Celesio (now McKesson Europe) and for several consulting firms.
When working at AEP, Graefe experienced the service provided by trans-o-flex from the customer's point of view, since it has been contracted by AEP to supply pharmacies in Germany overnight from a central warehouse. (amh)
