Champ joins the herd
After developing new animal transportation solutions with the objective of improving the communication between the shipper, forwarding agent and airline, Champ Cargosystems has now joined the animal transportation association (ATA).
The logistics IT solutions provider wishes to exchange and develop a close collaboration with all the experts involved in animal transportation and work on next generation information systems together. Founded in 1976, ATA welcomes Champ to the association.
President Filip Vande Cappelle: "The way we currently ship animals is still the same as ten or twenty years ago. ATA is convinced that the logistics industry must raise the bar and set high standards for animal transportation, since the comfort and safety of the precious animals is our number 1 priority." (ah)
