CFO Andrew Clarke leaving C.H. Robinson

Andrew Clarke will step down from his position as CFO of C.H. Robinson on 31 March 2019. The US company has commenced a formal search for Clarke’s successor, and is reviewing internal and external candidates.

John Wiehoff, chairman and CEO, declared: “Over the last four years, Clarke played a key role on our executive leadership team as we increased our total revenues by over USD 3 billion and expanded our global geographic and service line footprint. Clarke also built a competent finance organisation during his tenure as CFO. I would like to thank him for his many contributions to C.H. Robinson and wish him success.”

Clarke replied: “I appreciate having had the opportunity to work at C.H. Robinson. I am proud to have been a member of the team that created, inter alia, significant value for customers, carriers, employees and shareholders.” (mw)
