Cargoline elects advisory board
Cargoline’s shareholders have elected their advisory board as scheduled. With the managing directors Ralf Amm (Amm Spedition, Nuremberg), Torsten Huberti (Schmidt-Gevelsberg, Schwelm), Heiner Koch (Koch International, Osnabrück), Bernd Schäflein (Schäflein Spedition, Röthlein), Stefan Seils (Bursped, Hamburg) and the external logistics expert Ewald Kaiser (Corporate Navigators, Hamburg), six of the previous advisory board members had their mandates renewed to continue their work.
Oliver Schwarz (managing director L. Wackler Wwe. Nachf., Göppingen) was elected to the board as a further Cargoline shareholder. Long-time advisory board member Andreas Hartmann (managing director Hartmann International, Paderborn), on the other hand, did not stand for re-election. (cj)
