Canadian group incorporates twelfth haulier

Kriska Transportation Group (KTG) has acquired Transport N Service, thus adding 90 tractors and 170 trailers to its fleet. Transport N Service was established in 1997 as a full-service transportation company based in Guelph, ON. Its modern fleet provides cross-border LTL and truckload services, often moving up to 300 loads per month into the USA, KTG said.

The Canadian company was born from foundations built over 38 years ago, when Kriska Holdings, a family-owned corporation, was incorporated in 1978.

In 2014, the holding merged with Mullen Group to KTG. In the following years, KTG acquired the hauliers JMF, Transpro, Service Freight Systems, BTC, Nexus and Trailwood. Transport N is the twelfth company to join the group. (ben)
