Burgers via QSL keep coming
In Germany, the food service company "burgerme," which combines burgers and side dishes with home delivery, has extended its contract with QSL, a full-service logistics provider based in Friedrichsdorf. Burgerme operates around 100 restaurants in over 50 German cities.
For QSL, the extension of the contract in spring 2021 is another milestone in the companies' growing cooperation. QSL managing director Florian Entrich: "Particularly at a time when the quick service restaurant industry is still having to deal with the effects of the pandemic, we see this as a very positive signal for a promising recovery of the market and growth in customer relations."
QSL manages purchasing and handles nationwide supplies to stores. In addition to the stationary sale of its goods, the customer also relies on a delivery service with its own fleet of vehicles and couriers, most of which are equipped with e-vehicles. (sh)
