British haulier speeds into new era
Freight Force, the first founding member of the UK Palletforce network, is the latest logistics heavy weight to join Pall-Ex Group.
The Norwich-based long-established storage and distribution specialist has become a shareholder member of both the Pall-Ex and Fortec palletised freight distribution networks as it undergoes major expansion and diversification.
The move is part of a growth drive for Freight Force following a GBP 2.5 million (EUR 2.87 million) investment in a new warehouse in Great Yarmouth.
The purpose-built facility will enable the firm to handle and store an additional 5,000 pallets, taking its overall capacity to over 9,000 pallets per day. (ben)
