Bright Industrial invests in Hamburg
In Hamburg, yet more areas are being developed for the logistics industry. The real estate company Bright Industrial Investment has acquired the site of Rofin-Sinar Laser, a Coherent Group company, in Hamburg.
Under the sale-and-lease-back contract, Coherent will remain on the site, which will also be developed with new buildings particularly suited for light industrial and logistics. All in all, Bright and Convalor Projektpartner are jointly investing EUR 35 million in acquisition and project development.
Construction is expected to begin at the end of 2021 and be completed by 2023. The property covers a total area of around 29,000 sqm and offers roughly 20,000 sqm of rental space. (sh)
